Welcome to the courtyard of Kalkbreite!

About 250 people live around the inner courtyard of the Kalkbreite. The courtyard not only serves as an outdoor space, but also stands during the day available to the public. In doing so, we depend on that this mix of private and public works well.

The following rules apply:

• The courtyard is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and you are welcome to visit.
  It is closed for our night’s rest from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• The staircase is subject to the same opening times as the courtyard.
• The upper terraces are reserved for residents.
• Barrier-free access to the courtyard is via the lift on the left from the big staircase.
• The playground and play equipment are available to all children. Please put the material back in the shed by the stairs!
• Private areas are separated with plant pots.
  We ask that you respect these areas and do not enter them.
• The green areas are sensitive and are therefore left alone.
• Help prevent waste. If you litter, take it with you!
• The building is not public.
• The closest public toilets are at Lochergut.
